Mike Forman was born and raised in Central Ohio and has an extensive knowledge of the region. A second generation broker at Forman Realtors, Mike has over 48 years’ professional experience in the real estate business. He is an expert advisor and negotiator who brings value to buyers and sellers across a wide range of real estate transactions. Mike has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, having overseen the sales of more than $500 million to date. He has sold hundreds of homes, building lots, farms, subdivisions, and commercial and industrial properties. 

Mike believes that making the world a better place starts at home—with regular service to your local community. He has invested consistently in Delaware County and its surrounding counties all his life. Mike has served as President on the Big Walnut Local School Board, Delaware County Board of Realtors, and the Sunbury Lions Club. He has also been an active member of the Big Walnut Chamber of Commerce and spent over 25 years on the sale committee for the Delaware County Fair. 

Mike has been married to Jody (Barber) Forman for almost 50 years, and they have three adult children: Kelly Forman (& Frank) Roberto, Martin (& Jessica Little) Forman, and Megan Forman-Karbler (& Darin Karbler). Their hobbies together include hiking and enjoying their grandchildren: Tyler, Anthony, Philip, Abe, Elias, Evi, Gigi, Gabe, Holt, Quin, Rosemary, Eden, Liam, and Sterling. Mike and Jody raise livestock—primarily cattle and club lambs—at their home in Knox County, Granny Creek Farms. They love supporting their grandchildren and other local youth in 4H at the local fairs: Knox County, Delaware County, Morrow County, and The Hartford Fair.
