As the Office Manager, Transaction Coordinator, and a licensed Realtor, I play a key role in ensuring Forman Realtors delivers an exceptional level of service.

Since 2002, I’ve handled daily administrative and transaction details so our agents can focus completely on their clients. I earned my real estate license in 2014, and I have decades of professional office experience. My goal each day is to make complex real estate processes feel simple and seamless for everyone involved.

I’ve lived in Knox County for most of my life and have called the Centerburg area home for over 40 years. I graduated from Clear Fork High School and Mount Vernon Nazarene College. 

Outside of the office, you will usually find me enjoying family and farm life—gardening, raising livestock, and attending local fairs. My husband Bart and I have three adult children: Stephany (Joe McGuire), Christopher (Ashton), and Stacy (Jevin Carter). We are also the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren: Addison, Parker, Cooper, Casen, Cohen, Knox, and Kali.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. I am an active member of the Centerburg Church of Christ. I’ve been part of the “Living Flag Group,” which participated in multiple Central Ohio parades; and I’ve also volunteered at the annual Centerburg Farm Festival Horticulture Exhibit and the Night to Shine prom.
