Martin Forman is a third generation Realtor who officially started with Forman Realtors in 2001 after graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1999.

As a Realtor, Martin provides a wealth of knowledge to his clients concerning development patterns forming in Delaware, Knox, and Morrow counties that may have an impact on their real estate investments.

He prides himself on educating his clients throughout a real estate transaction so that their knowledge gained can help them make more informed decisions in the future.

Martin particularly enjoys working with buyers and sellers of country or rural real estate.

Martin is married to Jessica Forman. Originally from the Utica area, Jessica Forman is a State Farm Insurance Agent with offices in Sunbury and Delaware to serve the surrounding communities.

Martin and Jessica have three children: Holton, Quinton, and Eden. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends at their country home just north of Sunbury.  

Martin is the Head Coach for the Big Walnut High School Varsity Soccer team. Martin, Jessica, and their children are active at the Sunbury Christian Church.
