As a lifetime resident of Morrow County and a licensed agent since 2017, I bring practical, hard-working expertise to every transaction. I work directly with my sister and partner, Jodie Adkins. Together, we operate as a dedicated team focused on protecting our clients’ interests and exceeding expectations.

My real estate background is built on over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, including building and selling houses alongside my husband, Doug, who is a full-time farmer and builder. In addition to residential construction, we have flipped properties and manage a portfolio of our own rentals. Backed by an Associate’s Degree in accounting, I also manage the books for our family businesses while maintaining my long-term career delivering mail for the USPS.

Because of this background, I have a deep, practical understanding of real estate investments, lot splits, land improvements, and local zoning codes. I use this knowledge every day to guide residential buyers, sellers, and investors through complex transactions with straightforward, honest advice.

I am a graduate of Highland High School and am deeply committed to our local community. My husband Doug and I have two adult children: Gaige (married to Katie) and Jorden (married to Grant). We are also the proud grandparents of Gaige and Katie’s two daughters, Wrenleigh and Isla.
