Bobie Goodman joined Forman Realtors in 2017 along with her sister, Jodie Snider. (Bobie is on the right.) 

Bobie and Jodie are Morrow County experts who work together as a team to meet and exceed their client’s expectations. They are both lifetime residents of Morrow County with lifetime experience in real estate investing, lot splits and improvements, residential construction, and zoning—their combined experience spans nearly every area in real estate. 

Bobie is an experienced advisor for residential clients, commercial investors, and property managers as she has been building homes for sale for almost 20 years in addition to “flipping” houses and owning rentals.

Bobie also has an Associates Degree in accounting and has served her family’s multiple businesses for years—all while carrying mail for the USPS. She values a hard work ethic.

Bobie graduated from Highland High School and is passionate about her family life and community. She is married to Doug Goodman and has two adult children, Gaige and Jorden, and a beautiful granddaughter named Wrenleigh.
