As a lifelong resident of Central Ohio and a second-generation broker, I bring 50+ years of professional real estate experience to Forman Realtors.

Real estate is my life’s work, and I’ve dedicated my career to serving as an expert negotiator and advisor. Over the last half-century, I have guided many hundreds of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial transactions. 

Forman Realtors has represented buyers and sellers in many of our region’s most high-profile transactions. 

I am deeply honored to have my lifelong dedication to real estate and our local communities recognized by my peers, who most recently awarded me the 2024 Realtor Citizen of the Year and the 2025 Realtor of the Year.

I firmly believe that making a lasting impact starts with civic leadership. Through my career, I have consistently stepped into key roles to support our local community. I’ve served as President of the Delaware County Board of Realtors three separate times since 1989; also, I’ve spent my career supporting the Columbus Board of Realtors through various committees. Additionally, I’ve served as a township trustee, am a past President of the Sunbury Lions Club, and was on the Big Walnut Local School Board. I also spent three decades serving on the sales committee for the Delaware County Fair.

Outside of Forman Realtors, my life centers around family and agriculture. My wife Jody and I have been married for over 50 years and are blessed with three adult children: Kelly Forman Roberto and Frank Roberto, Martin Forman and Jessica Little Forman, and Megan Forman Karbler and Darin Karbler. We are also blessed with 14 grandchildren: Tyler, Anthony, Philip, Abe, Elias, Evi, Gigi, Gabe, Holt, Quin, Rosemary, Eden, Liam, and Sterling. At our home, Granny Creek Farms, we manage a livestock operation centered in Knox and Morrow counties. We are passionate about country life and together have a lifelong dedication to supporting local youth, whether through our local schools and programs, or through 4-H sales at the Knox, Delaware, Morrow, and Hartford (Licking County) fairs.
