Linda Wehrle, Realtor

“I love the small town atmosphere where we live. We are only minutes from the village and the town square. I also love living on the creek; it’s peaceful. It’s country but not country—we have the best of both worlds.”

Linda Wehrle has been a licensed real estate agent in Sunbury since 1987, and she’s lived here most of her life. She joined Forman Realtors in 2015 after working with another broker for 29 years in Sunbury and the surrounding areas. Linda is a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors and has been in the million dollar club.

Linda has enjoyed watching Sunbury grow and change; besides her work in real estate, she’s also been a successful long-time business owner in Sunbury. She’s a 1963 graduate of Big Walnut High School and has been a member of the Sunbury United Methodist Church since 5th grade. When she’s free, you can find her enjoying time with her husband, Dan Wehrle, and her two sons, Rick and Rob. Both sons also live locally.
